Q: Which Apple Watch Series are compatible with Banana Watch Bands?
A: All Banana Watch Bands are compatible with Series 1-6 Apple Watches. We offer both 38/40mm & 42/44mm band sizes to ensure compatibility for all models.
  • Our 42mm/44mm band works with the 42mm Series 1, 2, & 3 as well as the 44mm Series 4, 5, & 6.
  • Our 38mm/40mm band works with the 38mm Series 1, 2, & 3 as well as the 40mm Series 4, 5 & 6.
 
Q: What's your shipping like? Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship from the United States using USPS First Class Mail. 
We have three main warehouses we ship from, so we can ensure the fastest shipping times. 
  • West Coast Fulfilment Center: Pomona, California
  • Midwest Fulfilment Center: Des Plaines, Illinois
  • East Coast Fulfilment Center: Jamaica, New York.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, international orders are being sent with extremely long shipping times and inaccurate tracking information.
We value our customers and customer experience so we wanted to make sure all of the customers were aware of this issue. 
For that reason, we have temporarily suspended international orders due to the uncertainty of the order being properly tracked and delivered.
 
Q: How long will it take my order to get to me?
A: All orders within the US are currently shipped using USPS First Class Mail. USPS takes about 4-13 business days from the time it leaves our shipping fulfillment centers.
We offer a 30-day delivery guarantee, ensuring you get your order within 30 days of the order date. 
If your order has not been delivered within the 30-day period, we will send you another order at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy

Any brand-new watch band (unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

OUR GUARANTEE

 

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the initial order date, a replacement order will be process immediately at no additional cost. Refunds cannot be distributed while the order is in transit. 

Basically, if it's our fault, we will repair or replace your band for free.  However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your cuff through on your own.  Our product guarantee does not cover chemical damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, or theft.   

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please keep your order #.

You may choose to receive a store credit or get a refund to the original form of payment.

  

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Cancellations

We only accept same day cancellations. In an event where an order was placed by accident, please contact us at hello@bananawatchbands.com within 4 hours from the time of order.

 

How To Return Your Product

If you are not the original purchaser (e.g. you received the item as a gift), please contact Customer Service. We will guide you through our Gift Exchange process.

If you are the original purchaser, start your return process by submitting a request for product return (bottom of this page).

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your return.

The seller is responsible for shipping the return order with available tracking updates. 

If your return is approved and:

    • If you asked for store credit, you will receive an email with an electronic gift card number to the value of your return.
    • Please note a $3.00 return shipping fee will be taken out of your return amount if returned on the original form of payment. Returns are FREE when store credit option is chosen.

    • If you asked for a refund of your original form of payment, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Because of the way Apple Pay works, refunds will appear as balance in your Apple Pay account (not the credit card you used).

It is your responsibility to return the product in an acceptable condition. If your returned item is damaged (whether by you or during transit), you may not receive the full product value.

NOTE: Do not return defective items. If you received a defective item, please contact Customer Service.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To be eligible for a refund or return, email  info@shopbananawatchbands.com in order to access the situation. 

Use the steps below to remove your band.

Make sure that you use a band that corresponds to your Apple Watch case size. You can use a band that's designed for Apple Watch (1st generation) and Apple Watch Series 1, 2, and 3 with Apple Watch Series 4 and later as long as the sizes are compatible. Bands for 38mm and 40mm cases are compatible with each other, and bands for 42mm and 44mm cases are compatible with each other.

Change your band

  1. Place your Apple Watch face down over a clean surface like a lint-free, microfiber cloth or soft, padded mat.
  2. If you have a Link Bracelet, press the quick release button on a link to separate the band into two pieces.

 

  1. Hold down the band release button, then slide the band across to remove it.

  2. If the band doesn't slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.

  3. Make sure that the text on the band is facing you, then slide the new band in until you feel and hear a click.

When you remove the Milanese Loop

In 2018, Our Milanese Loop was redesigned, so you could open the band completely by sliding the magnetic closure through the band connector, or lug. On earlier Milanese Loop models, the closure won't slide through the lug.

 

Get help

Never force the band into the slot. If you don't feel or hear a click, slide the band to the left, then to the right. If the band is installed properly, it won’t freely slide until you hold down the band release button. If the band still doesn’t lock, center the band, and push it into place. Then carefully wiggle the band up and down. Don't wear your Apple Watch if the band is sliding.
